Casebolt Transfers
into Jackson 100 Opener at Brownstown
(September
25, 2022) Steve Casebolt and his #c9
team were in action at the legendary Brownstown Speedway on September
23-24, as the Lucas Oil Late Model Dirt Series sanctioned the 43rd
Annual 'Jackson 100' at the 1/4-mile Brownstown, Indiana oval. On
Friday night in the $10,000 to win weekend opener, Steve timed in
twelfth quickest in Group A during qualifying before grabbing the
fourth and final transfer spot through his stacked heat race. In
the 40-lap feature, which was pushed back to late Saturday afternoon
due to persistent rain showers, Steve started and finished in the
fifteenth position of the daytime affair.
Later on Saturday, a whopping $20,000 paycheck was
up for grabs in the 'Jackson 100.' Steve placed seventh in his heat
race and fifth in his B-Main, which unfortunately kept him out of
the 100-lap headliner that was ultimately won by Tim McCreadie.

at Moler; Suffers Flat Leading at Atomic
(September
18, 2022) The c9 Enterprises team headed to southern Ohio
on September 16-17 for a pair of special events. On Friday night
in the 'Ike Moler Memorial' at Moler Raceway Park in Williamsburg,
Ohio, Steve Casebolt earned Fast Time honors during the qualifying
session prior to running third in his heat race. After starting
the 30-lap feature from the inside of the fifth row, Steve blasted
past seven competitors during the contest to claim a strong runner-up
performance behind only $3,000 victor R.J. Conley!
At Atomic Speedway in Alma, Ohio on Saturday evening,
a $7,500 top prize was up for grabs in the 'Iron-Man 40,' which
was sanctioned by the Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Series. Steve
once again paced the field during qualifying to land Fast Time accolades
before securing a victory in heat race action. After starting the
40-lapper from the pole position and leading the first 33 circuits,
Steve unfortunately developed a flat tire under a red flag condition.

finishing order last night at the Chillicothe-area oval. Complete

Transfers into World 100 Prelim Feature
(September
11, 2022) Along with 106 other entrants, Steve Casebolt
entered the most prestigious Dirt Late Model race of the year from
September 8-10, as the 52nd Annual 'World 100' was held at the famed
Eldora Speedway in Rossburg, Ohio. Things kicked off at the "Big

shelled out a $12,000 paycheck. On Thursday night in the opener,
Steve placed sixth in his heat race, won his B-Main, and later finished
twenty-third in the final rundown of his 25-lap feature. In a similar
show on Friday evening, Steve unfortunately failed to advance into
his 25-lapper after running thirteenth in his heat race and fifteenth
in his B-Main.
At Eldora Speedway on Saturday, all eyes were fixated
on who would walk away with the $55,000 first place prize money
and the famous globe trophy. Steve advanced up to sixth in his loaded
heat race, but later ran into issues during his B-Main in finishing
eighteenth. Unfortunately, the Richmond, Indiana ace was forced
to watch the 100-lap crown jewel headliner that was ultimately won
by Jonathan Davenport. Complete results from the last three days

(August
7, 2022) Next up on the racing calendar for the c9 Enterprises
team was a visit to Brownstown Speedway in Brownstown, Indiana on
Saturday night, August 6. The Valvoline Iron-Man Late Model Series
sanctioned the annual 'Hall of Fame Classic' last night and a $10,000
payday was up for grabs. Steve Casebolt qualified well, but unfortunately
suffered driveline issues in his heat race and placed fifth in the

After rolling off from the outside of the seventh
row in the 50-lap headliner, Steve was passing cars early in the
contest until he was caught up in a massive pile-up on lap four.
Heavy damage unfortunately sent Casebolt pitside and relegated the
Richmond, Indiana standout to an eighteenth place effort. Complete
